PATCH TESTING
For all tinting, lash lift, lash extension and brow lamination appointments you must have a patch test at least 48 hours prior if:
- It has been over 6 months since your last tint, lash lift, lash extension or brow lamination appointment with us.
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 since your last appointment or patch test.
- You have received a COVID-19 vaccine since your last appointment or patch test (we must now wait 2 weeks since your vaccine for a patch test).
ALL patch tests must be performed 48 hours before your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS, NON- REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEES AND NO SHOWS
In order to book your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee may be required. Any payments taken are only transferable one time if at least 48 hours notice is provided.
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will incur a fee, we require full payment before any future appointments can be made.
Appointment reminders will be sent 72 hours before your appointment so please contact us as early as possible to avoid being charged.
