PATCH TESTING
For all tinting, lash lift, lash extension and brow lamination appointments you must have a patch test at least 48 hours prior if:
- It has been over 6 months since your last tint, lash lift, lash extension or brow lamination appointment.
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 since your last appointment or patch test.
- You have received a COVID-19 vaccine since your last appointment or patch test (we must now wait 2 weeks since your vaccine for a patch test).
ALL patch tests must be performed 48 hours before your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS, NON- REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEES AND NO SHOWS
In order to book your appointment, a non-refundable £10 booking fee may be required. Any payments taken are only transferable one time if at least 48 hours notice is provided.
48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will incur a fee, we require full payment before any future appointments can be made.
If you do not show for your appointment and haven’t contacted the salon, you will be removed from the online booking system.
Appointment reminders will be sent 72 hours before your appointment so please contact us as early as possible to avoid being charged.
LATENESS
Please arrive promptly for your appointment, failure to do so will mean that your treatment will be cut short with full payment required.
